Like many small business we have had to adapt as a result of COVID-19, so we are now teaching online!
We have already had great feedback from parents and pupils.
"Many thanks for managing to keep great lessons going in the current lockdown!"
"Thank you for your great music service during Covid-19. It's much appreciated!"
"Thank you for the great service offered by O2M through this unusual time."
We are open to NEW pupils of all ages!
For younger children it would be advisable to have an adult or older sibling to sit in on the lesson with them to give them assistance. This way you can be part of the lesson too and you will be able to help them with practice! Don't forget an appropriate adult must always be in attendance.
As the lessons are virtual we are anticipating there may be some teething problems. Our teachers will ensure your child receives the full time for the lesson, however please allow some time to connect to your call before the scheduled lesson time. One of the benefits of virtual lessons is that it is easier to make up missed lessons, so in the event that you or the teacher can't attend they will arrange the lesson for an alternative time. Obviously if lessons were unable to take place at all they would be refunded.
As schools are now confirmed closed for some time we will be invoicing in 6 weeks. This means you can start lessons immediately!
All our teachers work in schools so they have all the mandatory DBS checks, they also take training from the NSPCC specifically for music teachers on child protection. However we would recommend that you take steps to ensure your child is safe in their environment while the lessons are taking place and that they are not left unattended, a responsible adult must be in attendance at all times for any child under 18.
